  We charge €1,500 plus VAT at 21% for full investment property service, which includes

- Completion of VAT registration

- Submission of VAT claim.

- Securing of TA X refund on your behalf.

- Our Fee is payable €500 non refundable deposit at registration

- Balance upon receipt of VAT refund.

We offer a follow up service preparation of VAT return for 1st year and preparation of rental income account at a total cost €500 p.a.
